I just placed an order, when will it ship?

I try my best to ship items as fast as I can! In general, yarn will ship between 2-5 days for Belgium or 5-9 days internationally after you place your order. Some yarn will have longer lead times, such as pre-orders. Please make sure to read the product descriptions so you know what to expect!
I am not in love with my order, can I return something?

In general, I do not accept returns unless there is a defect with your product on arrival. I am unable to accept returns of yarn that is already wound or caked. Please be in touch with us if you are unhappy with your order in any way and we will see how we can help.
Can I cancel my order or part of my order?

Definitely! You must cancel your order or part of your order before it ships. Please contact me asap via service@cocosyarnstudio.com
I made multiple orders, can you combine shipping?

I am trying to automatically combine shipping to the same address. If you have already paid for shipping multiple times, it will be refunded.
